Tasteful vegetables mixed with fish, beef, or chicken, topped with a spicy sauce. This Poke bowl is filled with salmon, shrimps, avocado, quinoa, eggs, and fresh green salad. Enjoy with your favorite sauce!

Instructions:
Hard boil the eggs.
Boil the potatoes.
Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the box. When ready take away from the stow and add the olive oil and mix.
Peel and cut the onion.
Peel and divide the eggs in half.
Divide the avocados in half. Take away the core and scoop out the avocados with a spoon. Cut in thin slices.
Add the salad, then the potatoes, and egg halves.
Roll the salmon so it looks like roses. Place in the middle of each bowl.
Add the avocado slices, shrimps, and onion.
Sprinkle the black sesame seeds on top.
