Most people think of chocolate brownies with dark chocolate. These brownies are soft delights with a fresh touch of berries. You can add the berries you like but it always tastes better with fresh ones. To make it different you can add white chocolate bites in the batter and serve it with whipped cream on the side.

These buns have a fun name and are easy to do. These are typical French buns that you find at the bakery shops. In French they are called "Escargots (Meaning snails!) aux pommes et raisins". You can serve them with a coffee in the afternoon or maybe eat them for breakfast during the weekend.

These tasteful mini muffins are fun to do and turns out perfect every time thanks to the bananas. They have a moist texture so you can keep them a few days without getting dry. You can choose to serve the muffins as a weekend breakfast, as a after school treat or why not eat them together with a cup of coffee.

A homemade chocolate cake made with real chocolate and cacao powder is always appreciated. This one is soft and a bit sticky in the middle and both adults and children will like it.

Homemade oatmeal cookies are one of the classical cookies for “fika” in Sweden. These are small chewy cookies with the taste of syrup and oatmeal. Fast to do in less than thirty minutes. When you take them out from the oven you can shape them by hanging them over a bottle. To make them more luxurious dip the edges in dark chocolate.

This is a different version of the classical New York cheesecake. The bottom is made with gingerbread cookies which gives the cake a twist. If you put the cake in the fridge during a night it will be very creamy and easier to serve it. If you make vanilla whip cream and serve it together with the cheesecake, it will be a delicious touch to this tasteful cake .
