Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then place it the fridge until it's time to serve.
Cut the chicken fillets in small pieces and then place in a food blender.
Press the garlic clove and pour it in the blender.
Add the coriander, the paprika powder, the salt, the Japanese soy and the citron pepper in the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour olive oil on your hands and form 4 burger out of the chicken. Place them on a plate and let them rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Pour the flour and the bread crumbles in two different deep plates.
Stir the eggs in a deep plate.
Roll the burgers first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the bread crumbles.
Heat up a frying pan with the butter and the colza-oil and fry the burgers until they have a crispy surface.
Prepare the burger breads with the ingredients you like and place one burger per bread. Add some of the sauce and serve warm.
