Separate the egg whites and the egg yellow in 2 bowls.
Mix the egg yellows with the sugar and the vanilla sugar.
While stirring add little by little the flour and the milk, and let it rest 20 minutes.
In a bowl let the raisins get soft in some liquid of preference, and add it in the batter.
Beat the egg whites to a hard foam and add it gently in the batter.
In a frying pan heat up some butter and add the batter. Let it become golden brown on both sides. Cut the pancake in squares and serve it direct with some apple sauce. Sprinkle the pancake with the icing sugar right before serving it.
