Boil the rice according to the package.
Cut the chicken fillets in small bites.
Heat up the butter in a frying pan.
Press the garlic clove and fry for a minute.
Add the chicken in the pan. Fry on low heat until the chicken is ready.
Add the peanut butter and the coconut milk and stir together. Boil for a few minutes.
Pour the rice in portion size bowls.
Add the chicken sauce un top.
