Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut them in small pieces.
Cut the ham in small pieces as well.
Cook on low heat in a frying pan for approximate 5 minutes. Cover it up.
Mix the flour, eggs, milk and cream.
Grate the cheese and add it in the batter.
Season with the spices, and the add the vegetables and ham mix in the batter.
Heat a waffle iron and cook the waffles.
Serve hot with a fresh green salad
