A homemade Canadian Bannock bread made in the frying pan is easy and quick to prepare. Only requires a few ingredients. This is a modern version of the old bread brought to Canada with the Scottish settlements. Often served warm or at room temperature, and served as a side to a meal, at breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
