In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the oil and the water bit by bit.
When the dough is still sticky, move it to a surface covered in flour and continue to knead it for a few minutes.
Divide the dough in 5 and flatten them a bit with the hands.
Heat up the frying oil in a frying pan to 175 degrees Celsius. Fry the bread on each side until golden brown.
Dry on a paper towel and serve at room temperature.
