In a bowl mix the flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Melt the butter and mix with the milk.
Heat up the frying pan and butter lightly.
Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk mixture. Beat the mixture rapidly.
Pour some batter in the pan and when the bubbles stop, flip the pancakes.
Serve warm together with maple syrup, bacon, and butter, the real Canadian way.
