Instructions:
Peel and cut away the seeds from the Courgettes. Cut in small pieces.
Peel and cut the potato, garlic clove and the onion in small pieces.
Cut away the thin white layer of the brie cheese, cut in pieces.
In a casserole por all the ingredients and boil on low heat for 30 minutes.
Mix in a food blender and serve warm.
