Divide the kiwis and scope out the fruit. Keep 1 half for later. Place in a bowl and mix with a blender.
Mix the fruit puree with the mascarpone cheese.
With an electrical mixer mix the whip cream and the vanilla sugar together.
Mix the kiwi and whip cream together.
Pour the mousse evenly in small serving bowls or small glass. Place cold for minimum 1 hour.
Take out the mousse and decorate each bowl with a small piece of kiwi.
