Scrub the crabs between the legs and the joints thoroughly with a small brush or toothbrush. Rinse with cold water.

Take away the legs and claws from the body of the crabs.
Break the legs and claws in different places with a crab opener or a nutcracker this way it is easier to eat them later. Collect the juice and save it for later.
Collect the flesh in the last joint of the body, easiest to do with a fork.
Peel and mince the onion and garlic.
In a frying pan brown, the butter, add the onion, garlic, wine, parsley, and olive oil, mix well.
