This homemade Southwestern baked chicken is not just a dish, it's a culinary celebration that transforms a simple meal into a Savory sensation. To make it more crunchy, I add some nacho chips as a little twist to it all. I love to make this dish in the middle of the week as the food takes care of its self in the oven.

Oven temperature:
200 degrees Celsius
Instructions:
Start the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the chicken in an oven form.
Sprinkle the spices over the chicken.
Crumble the nacho chips over the chicken.
Cut the cilantro, red pepper bells and chives.
Spread evenly the rest of the ingredients over the chicken. Finish with a layer of cheese over it all.
Place in the middle of the oven for 40 min.
Take out from the chicken and serve warm.
