Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
Peel and cut away the apple seeds. Cut in small pieces.
Butter a pie form and place the apple bites in the form.
In a casserole melt the butter. Take away the casserole from the stow and add the, sugar and syrup and stir together.
Add the flour, vanilla sugar, oats and baking powder and mix well.
Pour the crumbles over the apples.
Place in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.
Take it out and let it cool down. Serve together with vanilla ice cream.
