This is a recipe on how to make a sandwich become fun kid food. Only takes a few minutes to prepare and most kids will love it. Can be served as a light lunch or as a after-school snack and can easily be made a day before.

Butter and place the cheese and sausage slices on two of the toast breads. Place the other bread slices on top.

Peel the carrots and divide in halves along the carrots. Cut away 4 small long pieces to use as teeth. Place the long carrot pieces on each side of a corner between the breads. Now the bunnies have ears.
