Wonder how to make the kids eat more vegetables? I did as well, so I came up with this bunny sandwich. I surprised the kids one day after school with this snack. Only takes a few minutes to prepare and most kids will love it. If you want prepare a healthy lunchbox to school you can make it the day before, that way you save some time in the morning.
Ingredient List for 2 servings:

Toast bread slices

Carrots

Cheese slices

Thin sausage slices

Cucumber slices

Cherry tomatoes

Chive leaves
Instructions:
Butter and place the cheese and sausage slices on two of the toast breads. Place the other bread slices on top.
Peel the carrots and divide in halves along the carrots. Cut away 4 small long pieces to use as teeth. Place the long carrot pieces on each side of a corner between the breads. Now the bunnies have ears.
Place 2 sausage slices in the middle of the breads as eyes. On top of the sausages place the cucumber slices.
Divide 2 tomatoes and place one piece on top of each cucumber. Divide 2 more tomatoes and use as a nose.
Under the nose stick 4 chive leaves as whiskers.
Place the thin small carrot pieces under one tomato as teeth.
