This long thin ribs are from pork and become really tender with a nice BBQ surface. The Secret is to grill them on a lower heat but for a longer time. This is with homemade marinade, and it need to absorb in to the meat for a few hours before grilling. You can use different marinade depending how strong you like to have the ribs.

Ingredient List for 4 servings:

1 kilo Pork Spare ribs

0,5 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Corn oil

1 tablespoon Chili sauce

0,5 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Fluid honey
Instructions:

Put all the different ingredients except the ribs in a bowl and mix it all together with a fork.

Put the ribs in a plastic bag, and pour the marinade in the bag. Rub the meat with the marinade, and make sure the meat is covered by the marinade.

Let the ribs in the bag for at least 3 hours so the meat really soak in the marinade.
