Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the ground beef lightly in olive oil while stirring regularly.
Cut the onions, and the garlic in small pieces, and add it to the ground beef.
Add the cumin, salt, pepper, and the chili powder in the mixture.
Lower the heat and cook the ground beef until it is well done, then add the tomato puree and the beef broth. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the beans and continue to cook for another 10 minutes and the dish is ready to be served.
