Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut the chicken in long slices. Put them in a frying pan and fry the lightly. Add the taco spices, tomato sauce and water. Lower the heat and fry five more minutes.
Pour away the water and let the chicken in the frying pan without no heat.
Cut the feta cheese in small squares.
Put some of the chicken, corn, cheese and feta cheese on the tortilla bread, and fold them like wraps.
Put the enchiladas in an oven form and sprinkle the leftovers of the grated cheese on the enchiladas.
Put the enchiladas in the oven for twenty minutes.
Take the enchiladas out from the oven and serve warm together with the sour cream.
