Wash and cut the white mushrooms in small pieces.
In a casserole heat up the soup until boiling point.
Reduce the heat and add the tortellini and the shredded ham. Boil according to the Instructions on the box.
Add the basil and the white mushrooms.
Sdd half of the mascarpone cheese and some shredded cheese. stir together.
Serve in soup bowls with some mascarpone cheese on the top. Sprinkle shredded cheese as well on the top. Serve some bread on the side.
