Toasted bread slices with chicken, goat cheese and tomatoes on top, is a simple but delicious starter. Instead of using french baguette you can toast a bigger bread slice and divide it in two. The classical Italian crostini bread makes the starter more crispy and easy to eat in one bite.
This is an Italian inspired cheesecake made with mascarpone cheese and amaretto liqueur. It is a creamy cheesecake with amaretto-soaked cookies on the top and with a bottom made with graham biscuits.
The classical Italian lasagna but with vegetarian minced meat. A different touch to this recipe is that it is made with taco spices. It is good to serve some vegetables or a salad on the side.
