Cook the rice according to the instructions of the box.
Cut the chicken in preferred slices.
In a wok pan add the soy sauce, wok vegetables, and canola oil. Mix and fry lightly.
Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is lightly brown on the surface. Set it aside.
Pour the sesame oil in a frying pan.
Whisk the eggs together and add in the frying pan. Stir until it looks like scramble eggs.
Pour the rice in a frying pan Cook for a few minutes.
Add the vegetable mix and mix all together and cook for a few more minutes. Add the nuts in the end.
Serve warm together with some soy sauce.
