Nachos is a Tex-Mex dish and can be served in many different ways, as a starter, snack or a main dish. This recipe is nachos out of mince beef and is more as a main dish, then a starter or a snack. To enhance the flavor it is really tasteful to serve some fresh vegetables and sour cream on the side. It is perfect to serve this dish when you have friends or family over for a casual Friday evening.

Preheat the oven at 220 degree Celsius

Heat up an frying pan, and fry the mince beef. Add the taco spices, and the water. Lower the heat and boil away the water.

Grate the cheese.

Cut the mushrooms in small pieces.

Add 1/3 of the cheese and the mushrooms and the chickpeas in the frying pan, and stir, until the cheese melts.
