If you are up for a healthy and different pizza this one is a perfect tasteful one. It is a different taste because it do not have any normal cheese, instead it has a salty Greek cheese called halloumi. This cheese can become a bit rubbery in the texture if it is cooked to long time. It is good to put some more olive oil in the hummus so it do not feel to dry.
