Start the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
Roll out the puff pastry roll and divide it in half.
Grate the mozzarella cheese.
In a bowl mix the spinach and the cream cheese together.
Add the spices and press the garlic clove in a garlic press, mix it all well.
Place evenly the mixture half of the puff pastry roll.
Cut the puff pastry in slices and twist each slice and place it on a baking paper on a baking sheet.
Whip the egg lightly and brush the top of the puff pastry piece.
Place in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
