A white bread that can be served as it is or as a toast bread. You can shape the bread any way you like, as a big loaf, many small buns or why not braid it.

325 gr Warm water

400 gr Flour

4 tablespoons Sesame seeds

220 degrees Celsius
Instructions:

Pour the dry yeast in a bowl and mix with the water.

Add the salt and flour and mix well to a smooth dough.

Place a towel on the bowl and place it in the oven without heat. Let it rest 4 – 6 hours.

Take out the dough from the oven and form a loaf and place it in long baking form.
