I love making homemade taco quesadillas when I have friends or family over for game or movie nights. I mean who doesn't love dipping a cheesy quesadilla in creamy sauce while hanging out with loved ones. I always make them on demand so everyone can have their own favorite quesadilla.

Ingredient List for 4 servings:

200 gr Cream cheese

100 gr Grated cheese

400 gr Minced beef

2 tablespoons Taco spices

100 gr Corn kernels

200 gr Sour cream
Instructions:

Fry the minced meat in oil.

Add the Taco spices and mix.

Spread the cream cheese on four tortilla breads.

Add some minced meat, cheese, corn kernels and avocado slices.

Cover each one of them with one more tortilla bread.

Heat up some oil in a frying pan, place gently one taco quesadilla in the pan.

Fry a few minutes on one side and flip over for a few more minutes.

This is a different Mexican inspired lasagna, instead of pasta in layers this recipe use soft tortilla bread, and in between the layers there are mince beef with 3 different cheeses, and tomato sauce.. You can add more ingredients if you wish but this is a perfect recipe to gave as a base for the tortilla lasagna. This dish goes great with a side salad with vegetables and some sour cream.
This is a different way of eating the tortilla breads. Use the same ingredients as for a taco but prepare the tortillas in layers like a cake.
