Fry the minced meat in oil.
Add the Taco spices and mix.
Spread the cream cheese on four tortilla breads.
Add some minced meat, cheese, corn kernels and avocado slices.
Cover each one of them with one more tortilla bread.
Heat up some oil in a frying pan, place gently one taco quesadilla in the pan.
Fry a few minutes on one side and flip over for a few more minutes.
Serve warm together with some corn kernels, avocado slices and sour cream.
