This is a different way of eating the tortilla breads. Use the same ingredients as for a taco but prepare the tortillas in layers like a cake.

Oven temperature:
200 degree Celsius
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.
Fry the minced meat and the onion in a frying pan.
Add the taco spices and 100 ml water.
Lower the heat and boil away the water.
Grate the cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
Place 1 tortilla bread on a oven form.
Add 1/3 of the minced meat mixture on the bread, and sprinkle some cheese on top of this.
Place another bread on top and spread 1/3 of the taco sauce and sprinkle some cheese on top of it.
Add another bread on top and spread some cheese and some mozzarella cheese on this layer.
Continue the procedure with the bread and the ingredients to put them in layer.
Finish the cake with a bread and put only cheese and mozzarella cheese as a last layer.
Put the cake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cut the vegetables in small pieces
Take out the tortilla cake from the oven and serve warm together with the sour cream and the vegetables.
