This is a Mexican inspired lasagna made with tortilla bread and minced beef. It is not a traditional lasagna with pasta, but with corn tortilla bread as a base instead. Have you ever mixed your own taco spices? This recipe will show you how easy it really is!

Start the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Heat up a frying pan with the canola oil, and fry the mince beef.

In a bowl add all the spices and mix together.

Cut the tomatoes and the leek in small pieces.
