Put the mince meat in a bowl.
Add the milk, bread crumbles, spices, milk and egg and mix it all with your hands.
Form the skewers in long rolls or small balls, and stick the skewers through them.
Let them rest in the fridge until it is time to light the BBQ.
Take out the skewers from the fridge an place them on the BBQ, and turn them around until the meat is ready.
