Boil the rice according to the Instructions on the box.
While the rice is boiling, time to prepare the rest.
Fry the minced meat. Add 150 ml water and the taco spices. Continue frying on low heat and under a lid, until the water is gone.
Mix the minced meat and the rice.
Cut the red bell peppers and add I the mixture.
Drain away the water from the black beans and the corn kernels. Add to the mixture.
Add the shredded cheese and mix everything well.
Place the filling a bit on the side from the middle of a tortilla bread. Fold as a burrito.
Cover in aluminum foil, and place in an oven form.
Do the same with the rest of the bread an filling.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Place in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve together with avocados, green salad leaves and crème fraiche.
