This popular appetizer, was first introduced in the Mexican culture. But now it is more of an American tradition. This recipe use beans, but it is possible to use jalapenos, avocado, tomatoes and etc to change from time to time the flavors.

Start the oven at 200 degree Celsius.

Cut the paprika and onion in small pieces.
