Boil the noodles according to the Instructions on the package. Drain away the water.
Peel and cut the carrot in slices.
Cut the red pepper bell in slices.
Cut the chicken in small slices.
Heat up the canola oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken together with the soy sauce. Place the chicken on the side.
Add the carrot and red pepper bell slices in the frying pan and fry slightly soft.
Mix the water with the corn starch.
Press the garlic clove in a press and add in the frying pan.
Add the corn starch mix and add the chicken and baby spinach and mix.
Add the noodles and mix everything together.
