Melt the both chocolate in a casserole together with 3 tablespoons of whip cream.
Take the liquid on the side and let it cool down for a few minutes.
Mix the rest of the whip cream and the sugar with an electrical mixer.
Pour the melted chocolate in the the whip cream and stir together.
Place the ingredients in an ice cream maker and mix it approximately 20 minutes.
Pour the ice cream in a bowl and place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour.
