Cold Camembert cheese sauce
4 Reviews.
With this sauce you can put a French touch to your hamburger, grilled meat or use it as a dip to the French fries. It is a wonderful opportunity to make it if you have some brie or Camembert cheese at home, depending on how much cheese you like the sauce to taste.

Ingredient List for 2 servings:
100 gr Camembert cheese
100 ml Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Tarragon
1 pinch Salt
Cut the Camembert cheese in small pieces.
Pour the cream in a casserole and let it boil.
Add the cheese and let it melt.
Add the salt and the tarragon and stir together.
Take away the sauce from the stow and pour it in small serving bowls. Let the sauce get cold before serving it.
