Cut the chicken in medium pieces and place in a bowl.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the chicken marinate and pour over the chicken. Coat the chicken and let rest 15 minutes.
Coat the chicken with the corn starch.
In a bowl mix the ingredients for the sauce. Press the garlic clove in a garlic press. Mix well
In a frying pan heat up the oil, make sure not to use the cooking fan while using boiling oil.
Fry the chicken bit by bit in the oil, remove from the oil and place on paper towel.
Take away the frying pan with the hot oil, and place another frying pan on the stow. Heat up the sauce.
Add the chicken and the sesame seeds. Mix with the sauce and serve warm together with rice or noodles and some vegetables.
