Homemade crostini just take a few minutes to prepare and all you need is a baguette and olive oil. This time I serve them with a slice of goat cheese, topped with walnut and tomatoes.

Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.
Cu the baguette in 1 cm slices.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
Brush the crostini on both sides.
Place the crostini in the middle of the oven for 5 minutes.
Take out and let it cool down.
Cut the goat cheese in slices and place on the crostini slices.
Place a walnut on each cheese slice.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in thin slices and place on the goat cheese.
