This is a healthy fish burger served together with potato cakes instead of traditional hamburger bread. You can use any kind of fish you like, but it is very good together with fresh tuna fillets. Instead of having fries on the side we recommend a healthy green salad.
Ingredient List for 2 servings:

Cheese slices
Instructions:
Grate the potatoes, and mix it with egg parsley, salt, pepper, and the flour.
Cut half of the onion and the garlic clove in small pieces and mix it with the rest.
Dived the mixture in four and make and fry them in a round shape in the frying pan.
Cut the rest of the onion in rings and fry in a frying pan.
Cut the tomato in slices and fry in a frying pan together with the fish.
To make the burger, place on of the potato cakes on a plate. Add two slices of cheese, the fish and then the tomato slices. End it all with another potato cake.
