This is a healthy fish burger served together with potato cakes instead of traditional hamburger bread. You can use any kind of fish you like, but it is very good together with fresh tuna fillets. Instead of having fries on the side we recommend a healthy green salad.

This is a homemade pie with sauerkraut which is delicious and will impress your dinner guests. The pie resemble a quiche but is made with an traditional pie bottom instead of a puff pastry dough. Making a pie with your fermented cabbage is a good way of using leftover sauerkraut you have at home. It is typical to serve a lettuce salad on the side which fits very good with the flavor of the sauerkraut.
A homemade refreshing dessert with melon and mint. For the best flavor, it is best to use a ripe melon. As a finish, top it with some mint leaves, melon balls and some melon juice. The mousse needs to rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours, so it is best to do it long in advance before serving time.
