Soak the bread slices in the milk for 15 minutes.
Chop the parsley, onion and garlic in very fine bites, and mix it together with the minced meat and the eggs.
Add the bread, and the spices in the mixture a d mix well together.
Form a meatloaf of the mined meat and roll it in the bread crumbles.
Heat up the butter in a frying pan on low heat and cook the meatloaf for 45 minutes until it becomes golden brown on all sides. Make sure the surface is not hard.
