This is a homemade family recipe of a French meatloaf. It fits together with or without a sauce and onions, and mushrooms. What defines a French meatloaf is the breaded in the meat and the crust, that can be crispy or not depending of the family tradition.

Ingredient List for 8 servings:

500 gr Minced meat mixture of pork and beef

1 tablespoon Parsley

1 tablespoon Bread crumbles

2 Toast bread slices

2 tablespoons Milk

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Pepper

1 pinch Nutmeg

Instructions:

Soak the bread slices in the milk for 15 minutes.

Chop the parsley, onion and garlic in very fine bites, and mix it together with the minced meat and the eggs.
