Gougères are golden, bite‑sized French cheese puffs made with Gruyeres. This homemade savory cheese delights are slightly crispy on the outside, and airy within. Traditionally from Burgundy, and made with Gruyeres cheese but often made with Comté or Emmental cheese. You can replace the French cheese to your local grated cheese you usually have as pizza topping. They’re served warm or cold as elegant appetizers, often alongside wine tastings or cocktails.

This homemade classical quiche comes from the French region Lorraine. The pie is easy and simply filled with smoked bacon, it is an open faced pie (as opposed to the typical English closed pies). A green crispy salad fits to it. You can serve it as a lighter dinner or for lunch and it is better served warm.
