This hazelnut chocolate brownie has the perfect combination of a crispy surface and a soft inside with crunchy hazelnut bites. This brownie is more like a chocolate cake in consistence, but has the taste of a wonderful chocolate brownie.

Ingredient List for 10 servings:
200 gr Chocolate with hazelnuts
125 gr Margarine
2 Eggs
50 gr Sugar
120 gr Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Oven temperature:
175 degrees Celsius
Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
Melt the margarine together with the chocolate in a casserole. Take it away from the stow and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and the sugar and stir it all well.
Cover the bottom and edges on a baking form approximately 20 x 30 cm and pour the batter evenly on it.
