Fry the mince beef together with the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the water and the taco mix ,fry until the water is gone.
Start the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the puff pastry roll in a pie form and place it in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Take it out and place it on the side.
Wash and cut the onion, paprika and the tomatoes mix them with the mince beef.
Mix the chickpeas, half of the grated cheese and the crème fraiche in the mixture and pour it on the pie crust.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the pie and place it in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.
