I'm a person who like to bring a lunchbox to work, as I don't have time to eat out every day. I also like to make it as healthy as possible during the working week. This recipe is a homemade chicken salad with hummus and lenses. I promise you won't be hungry after you finish this salad.

Instructions:
Fry the chicken in a frying pan. Let it cool down.
Cut the chicken in pieces.
In a bowl with a hand blend mash the chickpeas.
Add the olive oil, curry, pepper, salt and Cumin. Blend it all together.
Grate the Parmesan cheese, carrots and the white cabbage.
Open the box of lenses and rinse with water.
Mix it all In a bowl and serve.
