Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
In a blender mash the biscuits to crumbles.
Mix the butter and the melted butter.
Pour the mixture in a baking form. Press the crumbles on the bottom and a bit up on the edges.
Place the pie bottom in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes
For the filling. Start by whipping the egg yellows and the condensed milk with for 3 minutes.
Add the lime juice and continue whipping for 1 minute.
Take out the pie bottom after 10 minutes. Pour the filling in the form.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Take out the pie and let it cool down.
Whip the cream and the vanilla sugar to a hard foam.
Whip the creme fraiche fluffy.
Mix the whip cream and the creme fraiche together
Spread it evenly on the pie.
Sprinkle lemon zest on the top as decoration.
