This is a refreshing summer starter made with melons wrapped in serano ham, served together with salad leafs and tomatoes. Maybe not the most common starter but really salty and sweet at the same time.

Instructions:
Place the melon in the fridge 1 day before.
Cut the salad and season as you like it.
Cut the melon in slices and take away seeds and the peel.
Wrap the melon slices in serano ham and place on a plate.
Place the salad leafs, mozzarella cheese balls and the tomatoes on the plate.
It is allready time to serve it all.
