Start the oven at electrical heat at 175 degree Celsius.
Blend the biscuits in a blender to make crumbles.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Mix the biscuits ant the melted butter in a big bowl.
Pour the biscuits in a baking form (with removable edge), and press into the base and up the side of the baking form.
Put the bottom in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
While the bottom is in the oven prepare the cake filling.
Stir the cream cheese with an electrical mixer to get it soft.
Add the condensed milk in the bowl and stir gently.
Add the eggs 1 at the time and mix gently.
Add the citron juice and stir it a last time.
Take out the bottom from the oven, and pour the mixture on the cake bottom.
Lower the oven temperature to 160 degree Celsius.
Put the cake in to the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
Take out the cheese cake and let it cool down in room temperature.
