An easy homemade delicious Olive pesto with few ingredients that takes 5 minutes to prepare with a blender, just use which ever olives you have at home. Perfect to dip some bread or on top of a crostini as an appetizer. If you are looking for a healthier sauce than the mayonnaise from the local shop, how about mixing the pesto though the pasta and enjoy with a fresh green salad.

This is a homemade Italian dessert pie with hazelnuts, chocolate and ricotta cheese filling. It resembles a cheesecake in the consistence, but looks like a pie. The original recipe uses Gianduia chocolate that is a specialty from the region Piedmont where the hazelnuts grows.
This is a home made pizza bottom that is easy to do and while the doug is growing, you prepare the ingredients. You do not need to cook the chicken before. The hallomi cheese give the pizza a bit salty taste. To not get it to salty it is best to have the cashew nuts unsalted and unroasted.
A different version of a lasagna. Add fish and any seafood you like and you will have a nice different dish.
