A homemade Italian Christmas cake filled with dried fruit. In a bowl mix the dried fruits with the grappa.

Crumble the yeast in a food processor and mix with the milk. Start the food processor on low speed and pour in the eggs, flour and the sugar. Add the margarine and mix until you have a smooth dough.

Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with a baking towel. Place in the oven for 90 minutes.

Take out the dough from the oven and add the dried fruits without the liquid and mix the dough a few minutes by hand.
