Crumb the yeast in a big bowl, and add the honey and the salt.
Pour finger warm water in the bowl and stir slowly until it is lump free.
Add the milk and the olive oil in the mixture.
Add fluffed flour and work the dough for a few minutes so it becomes shiny and smooth.
Put a towel over the bowl, and let it rest for 40-60 minutes. A good place to let the dough rest is in the oven without any heat.
When the dough becomes around twice as big, then it is time to take out the bowl from the oven.
Start the oven on 175 degree Celsius.
Bake the dough on the table and add some more flour.
Make the dough thin, and place them on a baking paper on a baking tray.
Add the tomato sauce on the dough.
Cut the olives and mushrooms.
Put the ham, olives and mushrooms on the pizza.
Put both of the grated cheese on the pizzas.
Put the pizza in the middle of the oven (if you use the pizza program place the pizza on the lower part of the oven) for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Take out the pizza and serve it immediately.
Put the second pizza in the oven for approx 15-20 minutes.
