Cut the chicken fillets in thin slices.
In a big casserole pour in the water and the bouillon. Let it boil.
Add the chicken fillets and let it boil for 5 minutes.
In the meantime peel and cut the onion and carrot in slices.
In a frying pan heat up the butter and add the carrot onion and press in the garlic clove. Fry for a few minutes.
Cut the potatoes in slices.
Take out the chicken from the casserole.
Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and mix.
Add half of the water and stir until it boils.
Add the cooking cream and spices. Stir together.
Add the chicken and potatoes and some more water if wanted. Boil for 5 minutes until everything is warm.
Serve in portion bowls and have some bread on the side.
