I was invited to my friend’s house for a “advents fika” and this time I was asked to bring the dessert. I came up with this treat for the event, a wonderful, elegant saffron and white chocolate mousse. In Sweden, every Sunday from 4 weeks before Christmas you meet friends and family to eat desserts and cakes, all made with saffron.
