This is a healthy fish burger served together with potato cakes instead of traditional hamburger bread. You can use any kind of fish you like, but it is very good together with fresh tuna fillets. Instead of having fries on the side we recommend a healthy green salad.
This is a dessert made with fresh pears, but instead of making a classic sugar syrup, it's made with read wine. The pears can be used as a stuffing in a boar or a deer, but use the sauce instead of the coulis on the side of the dish.
This is a different but tasty preparation of sole fillets. It is served together with boiled fennel and a creamy sauce with white wine and clams. This is an option for a celebration dinner. It is not a big portion so having a starter before the dinner is recommended.
