Instructions:
Start the oven at 210 degrees Celsius.
with an electrical mixer whip the butter in to mousse.
While still whipping add the sugar, the egg, flour and almond flour, and continue until it is a smooth dough.
Butter a piping bag and place the dough in the bag.
Spritz the dough on a baking sheet in the shapes of the letters O, L, C, and S.
Place the cookies in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
