Start with the bottom by separate the egg yellows and egg whites in different bowls.
Whip the egg whites to a hard foam with an electrical mixer.
Whip the egg yellows and the sugar with an electrical mixer.
Add the salt and the flour in the egg yellow mixture.
Add the egg white mixture and mix gently together.
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
Place a baking paper on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle some flour on the baking paper.
Pour the mixture in a piping bag.
Sprits it out approximately 10 centimeters long rows.
Sprinkle the icing sugar over the biscuits.
Place in the middle the oven for 10 minutes or as long it takes for the biscuits to become golden brown.
Take out and let cool down.
Time to make the filling starting by pouring the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and half of the lemonade in a bowl.
In another bowl pour the rest of the lemonade and mix with 1 liter of water.
Dip the biscuits in the lemonade and place one layer so it covers a big baking form.
Add a layer of mascarpone mixture and a layer of strawberries. End with another layer of mascarpone.
Decorate the cake with some fresh or dried strawberries.
